Discussion on harmless treatment of livestock breeding.

Current situation of animal husbandry development:

At present, China has become the world's largest producer of meat and eggs, with the output of poultry meat, pork, and eggs ranking first in the world. According to statistics, in 2010, the national income from animal husbandry accounted for more than 33% of the total agricultural income. There are 460 million live pigs, 100 million cattle, 280 million sheep, and 5.35 billion poultry in the country. There are about 4 million large-scale livestock and poultry farms in the three major categories of pigs, cattle, and chickens in the country. The output of livestock products has increased nearly tenfold since the reform and opening up.

The pollution problem in the breeding industry is very serious:

Animal manure pollutants not only pollute surface water, but also easily enter groundwater with toxic and harmful components, seriously polluting groundwater. In the intensive livestock and poultry breeding process, if the manure is not effectively treated, the fermentation of livestock and poultry manure will generate a large amount of harmful gases such as NH3, H2S, feces, CH4, CO2, etc. These gases not only affect animal growth, but also seriously affect human health and the surrounding environment.

The significance of harmless treatment in livestock and poultry farms:

First, it can promote the transformation of animal husbandry into a resource saving and environmental friendly type, thereby achieving sustainable development of animal husbandry.
The second is to achieve the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction, and achieve the goal of reducing COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand).
The third is to achieve a circular economy in animal husbandry.
